We accept payment by direct bank transfer, MasterCard and Visa card. When paying by card, you may be able to take advantage of the interest-free pay in four installments offer (separate approval required by AfterPay). Simply choose the AfterPay option at checkout.
You will receive a Certificate of Participation from CSOC Academy for every course you complete. For professional courses (Implementer, Lead Implementer, Auditor, Lead Auditor) you will receive independent Certification from TRECCERT if you successfully pass the certification exam and meet other requirements including relevant work experience.
Your course fee includes the TRECCERT certification exam fee. Also, if you do not pass the exam on first attempt you have a guaranteed re-sit at no additional cost.
Additional fees may be charged by TRECCERT if you apply for professional certification and for certificate maintenance.
While some students prefer to attend scheduled classes, others are comfortable to study at their own pace using the learning resources available through our online Learning Management System (LMS).
If you choose to study self-paced, you can enrol and start at any time. You can also book support sessions with one of our trainers to answer any questions or help you with more difficult concepts. The booking link is available in the LMS after you enrol in the course.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of you completing your training plan on-time. While we do not offer refunds once you have commenced a course, we are happy to provide you with a credit to undertake the course when it is next delivered. Alternatively, you might consider switching to self-paced learning with drop-in support which provides the most flexible way of completing your course.
