Terms & conditions for the provision of training services

These are the terms & conditions that govern the provision of training services to you by CSOC Academy (We, our, us). By enrolling in any training course or program delivered by CSOC Academy you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions, as amended from time to time, and any other policies and procedures of CSOC Academy referred to herein.

  1. All training services are provided by CSOC Pty Ltd (ABN 83 648 325 839) trading as CSOC Academy.
  2. By enrolling in a training course advertised on this website or any other training program which is delivered as a training service of CSOC Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service including your acceptance of the limitation of liability of CSOC Academy in relation to the provision of the training service and your agreement to indemnify CSOC Academy for any loss or damage suffered by you as a consequence of enrolling in the course.
  3. Unless you have an active commercial account with CSOC Academy, all course fees must be paid in full before you are entitled to access any materials related to your enrolled course or to attend any live workshop facilitated as part of the course delivery. Enrollments funded under a commercial account are subject to suspension or cancellation in the event that such commercial account is not maintained in good standing.
  4. CSOC Academy will make every reasonable effort to deliver training services as advertised however no warranty is provided  as to the quality, accuracy, completeness or scheduling of any training service.
  5. In the event that a training service can not be delivered to you according to the advertised schedule, CSOC Academy will provide you with credit towards future delivery of the same course or program and will notify you as early as practicable about options for re-enrollment in a future intake of the course.
  6. No refund of course fees will be available after the commencement of a course.
  7. All enrolled students are bound by the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT.
  8. In the event that you fail to abide by the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT , the Principal of CSOC Academy may, in their absolute discretion, suspend or cancel your enrollment without any compensation being payable to you.
  9. Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience with CSOC Academy you may lodge a complaint by following our STUDENT COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE. All complaints are taken seriously and you should expect to receive a formal response on a timely basis.
  10. You agree that CSOC Academy may publish within the Testimonials section of its website any feedback you provide about your experience in a course.
  11. You agree that CSOC may publish any photographs taken of you during your engagement in a course and you hereby provide a release for the publication of your image for legitimate promotional or educational purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any photography or publication of feedback will be undertaken in line with our PRIVACY POLICY.
  12. CSOC Academy may, in its absolute discretion and without reference to you, amend these Terms of Service by publishing such amendment on this web page. You agree to be bound by any reasonable and properly executed amendment to these Terms of Service from the date of publication.
